Bible Prophecy

The Bible was completed before the first century and there was no amendments or revisions. The old tastament was found completed before 300 B.C. There are a lot of prophecies written in the Bible and some of them had already been fulfilled.

The following are prophecies that had been fulfilled:

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." 2 Timothy 3:16. The scripture is God's Word. Prophecy is one of the self-proofing evidence for itself.

Prophecy about Jesus

It was estimated that there are about 300 prophecies about the first coming of Messiah (Jesus). There are a lot of verification works done and all of them were fulfilled. The followings are some of them:

Place of Birth: Wise men came to Jerusalem and asked where is the new born King, the priest could reply immediately "But you Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, and not the least among the rulers of Judah; For out of you shall come a Ruler who will shepherd My people Israel." Micah 5:2. This place was confirmed by Matthew Luke 2:4.

Jesus was betrayed for 30 dollars by a close friend, his disciple: Even my own familiar friend in whom I trusted, who ate my bread, has lifted up his heel against me." Psalm 41:9
